- (R) Jab – Defend Attack step & Pak Da
- (R) Cross – defend lead stop kick & Jik chun choy
- (L) Lead straight – defend side-stop kick Pak Da
- Jab Cross – defend pak & side-step long bridge Pak Da
- (R) Cross – defend attack step UTB Pak da
Pads
- A. Jab B. Double jab C. jab-cross D. jab-cross-straight blast
- Focus y Daga (for j & c) – slash & hold under & centre
- Attack – Front/round kick – response Bong or yap girk + jik chun choy
- Attack – Jab or Cross – response Pak da to jik chun choy
- Double jab (stepping in & back)
Sensitivity/Spar Drills
4 gate parrying (pak-tan-gum-ghan)
- Lin sau da (as above with vertical punch)
- Lin sau da + straight blast (add cps to 4 gate drill)
